The Holiday preschool programs are taught by Miss Barbara Mazurak, Youth Director who has over 20 years teaching experience. Our preschool programs are one of our most popular programs. Children are engaged through music, art and friendship. Each activity is centered around a theme and presented to encourage preschoolers to learn and be independent.

Classes Limited to 15 Participants. One adult must accompany each child and maybe asked to participate at times.

Winter Wonderland Activities – Here Comes Frosty!
Celebrate winter and the falling of snow. Wear your favorite winter hat and let’s celebrate all things winter. This wintry class will include two snowmen craft activities and a story about “Frosty the Snowman”. There will also be music, movement activities and a snack.
Valentine Fun with Hugs and Hearts
Make your child’s Valentine Day special by giving them the gift of a Special Valentines Class. Your child will make a unique Valentine-themed craft project. They will have fun with “Colored Fluffy Slime “There will be lively music, movement activities, story-time and a snack. Come dressed in red, pink or purple.
Celebrating the Birthday of Dr. Seuss
Children will have the opportunity to celebrate Dr. Seuss’ birthday by hearing some of his best books. We will do special crafts that will relate to the books. The morning will also include music, movement activities, and a special “Green Eggs and Ham” snack. Come enjoy the fun with Dr. Seuss’ adventures!
Springtime Celebration Let’s Go Fly a Kite!
This Spring theme will be based on the book about “The Hungry Caterpillar”. The class will include a kite craft project and children should be prepared for a painting project. There will also be music, movement activities and snack. Weather permitting, we will go outside at the conclusion of class for parachute fun.
April Showers will Bring May Flowers
Help your child get excited about spring with a program which celebrates flowers. Children will learn how to plant a sunflower and will take it home to watch it grow. They will make a bright paper flower for a spring decoration. The class will also include music, movement activities, and a snack. This class will be held at Shenantaha Creek Park, East line Road in Malta. Rain or Shine.
