This class is great for families and people of all ages. Join certified personal trainer, wellness coach and chiropractor Dr. Waqas Pervaiz in this fun for all Summer fitness program. Train your muscles to work together in this stimulus based training. Each class will include a warm-up and endurance training on speed, agility and proper movements. This is a boot camp style course with running, focusing on core work using battle ropes, agility ladders and cones.
Children 10 years and younger require parent/guardian attendance. It is recommended that children older than 10 years have a parent/guardian present.
**Must register for drop-ins in office Monday-Saturday or online. Drop-in registrations will not be accepted at the park.**
