Yoga dance is one of the best activities you can do for your health! It is a mind/body fitness routine that combines the benefits of yoga with a dance component. In one class flexibility, balance, strength, weight management, cardiovascular fitness, as well as breath work are incorporated. There will be  both static and flowing moves set to music. The class strives to achieve a balance between feeling energized and finding peace. Please bring a yoga mat.
